The site provides educational material about mineral exploration. It does not provide investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or mineral interest.

Listings are teasers shown by code name. They contain no valuations or return figures. Deal terms are indicative, provided by the owner, and not offers. A deal calculator lets readers model a royalty or stream with their own assumptions; its results are illustrations, not valuations. Listings marked illustrative are invented examples. Information in listings comes from project owners; each listing shows which checks we have made, and anything not checked is the owner's statement.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. A project's full listing and data room open only after you sign that project's NDA and we approve access, which we may give, refuse or withdraw at our discretion.

You may read, link to and share pages of this site for your own use. You may not copy substantial parts of it, scrape it, interfere with how it works, or try to reach accounts, NDAs or documents that are not yours. Confidential information you see after signing an NDA is governed by that NDA.
